TMC742
TMC742; It is an all-in-one two-axis motion control device for electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, which has emerged as a result of Bilkon's experience in the design and production of control devices since its establishment.
The TMC742 is a real-time control unit with a conversion rate of 200 Hz and reads basic system variables such as weight, elongation, velocity, pressure, etc., within a period of 5 milliseconds. It obtains the controlled variable by using software filters designed according to the system requirements and creates the appropriate output signal with powered by fuzzy logic PID (Fuzzy-PID) control algorithm.

The coefficients used while executing the PID algorithm are obtained by the auto-tuning method, the system has the optimum PID coefficients and guarantees the minimum error. In cases where the application does not allow auto-tuning, which is very exceptional, the appropriate PID coefficients are determined by the user and applied to the control system powered by fuzzy logic PID (Fuzzy-PID).
